Shipping policy

Please note that shipping times vary depending on the items that you purchase.

Some items take longer to make than others. You can find more details on your item listing.

All items are sent using Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery as standard.

I charge a flat rate of £2.50 for all orders within the UK.

All orders are processed within their estimated turnaround time after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at gem@vintagewhispers.co.uk with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.
